STORM figure with POWER GLOW action from the X-MEN figure range released by TOYBIZ . This is the SILVER COSTUME Variant on a UK TYCO card from 1994.  These figures stand at  approximately 5" and feature multiple points of articulation and is packaged in a 4-color blister.
 
This item including packaging is in excellent condition.
DUE TO THE AGE OF THE FIGURE , I CAN NOT BE CERTAIN IF THE POWER GLOW FEATURE WILL STILL WORK .
