PSYCHO-MAN figure from the MARVEL UNIVERSE figure range released by ToyBiz in 1996.  These figures stand at  approximately 5" and feature multiple points of articulation and is packaged in a 4-color blister.
This item including packaging is in excellent condition. MINOR TEAR ON BACKING CARD WHERE A PRICE STICKER HAS BEEN REMOVED (top right on THING image, see pic).
